Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Development & Execution
Assist in developing and executing National Marketing Campaigns, ensuring a smooth process from concept and consumer testing to launch and post-campaign evaluation.
Independently manage specific projects, including:
• Goal setting and sales projection
• Budget management
• In-store execution
2. Agency & Partner Management
Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media, production, PR) to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
3. Media & Channel Management
Collaborate on media planning and placement across multiple channels (TV, Print, Radio, Digital, etc.) to drive trial and repeat purchases.
Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to enhance future marketing initiatives.
4. Brand Stewardship
Support initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and perception, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, trademarks, and logos.
Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating marketing programs and implementing key learnings.
5. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize customer engagement and maximize ROI.
